What is the length and depth of the lap pool?
We offer lap swimming in two different pools seasonally. The Competition Pool and Main Pool are both 25 yards, however, the Competition Pool ranges in depth from 5'3" to 6', while the Main Pool is much shallower, ranging from 3'5" to 5' at the deepest.

Are your pools heated?
Yes. The competition pool is maintained at 79–81°F, and the Main pool is kept at 84°F. The SplashZone is not temperature regulated due to its extremely shallow depth.
Do you have lockers?
Yes, lockers are available. Patrons must bring their own locks.
Do you take Silver Sneakers?
At this time, we do not accept Silver Sneakers.
What is the cost to enter?
Our fees vary by activity and residency status.
Are kids free?
Children under 12 months old are admitted at no charge.
Do you accept credit cards or Apple Pay?
Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and cash.
I don't plan on swimming. Do I still need to pay to watch?
Yes. The fee is an admission fee to utilize the facility, not just to swim.
Can I purchase tickets in advance?
No, daily admissions are not sold online or in advance. Admissions can only be purchased in person, during the hours of Open Swim.
Can I rent the pool for a party or private event?

What aquatic programs do you offer?
We offer swim lessons, aqua fitness classes, lifeguard training, swim team prep, junior lifeguarding, and more.

Do you have a masters swim program?
Currently, we do not offer a masters swim program.
Are lifeguards on duty?
Yes, certified lifeguards are on duty during all open swim and program hours.
Do you require swim diapers?
Yes. Swim diapers are required for all non-potty-trained children and any individuals who struggle with incontinence.
Do you have a policy on flotation devices?
Only Coast Guard-approved flotation devices are allowed, and children must remain within arm’s reach of a supervising adult.
Do you offer accommodations for individuals with disabilities?
Yes, our facility is fully ADA-accessible. Both the Competition Pool and Main Pool are equipped with ADA-compliant lifts, and the Main Pool and Splash Zone feature beach-front, zero-entry access for easy entry. Additionally, we offer a family restroom with an adult changing table to accommodate guests with specific needs. For personalized assistance, we encourage you to contact us in advance so we can best support your visit.
Are there height or weight restrictions for the water slides at the Main Pool?
Yes. Riders must be at least 48 inches tall for the Sparkle (Magenta) Slide and weigh no more than 300 lbs. No lap riding is allowed. Riders must be at least 42 inches tall for the Sunset (Orange) Slides and weigh no more than 250 lbs. No lap riding is allowed.
What are the age or weight requirements for the climbing wall?
The climbing wall is recommended for those who are comfortable in deep water. Max weight is 250 lbs, and a swim test is required.
Who can use the splash zone and play structure?
Designed for children under 47 inches. Adult supervision is required. The two teal tube slides have a weight limit of 100 lbs.
Are water shoes or goggles allowed in the attraction areas?
Yes, but not on the slides, diving boards, or climbing wall for safety reasons.
Can we bring food in?
Yes. Food and drinks are welcome. No alcohol, no glass, and no sharp objects are permitted.
What is your inclement weather policy?
The Aquatic Complex will clear the facility if lightning is within a 10-mile radius at any time. The Aquatic Complex uses the Weather Bug application to determine if lightning is within a 10-mile radius of the facility. If lightning is within this radius, or if lightning is seen, a whistle will be blown indicating it is time to evacuate the pool deck, and all patrons will be asked to clear the deck immediately, present their entrance receipt to be stamped for a raincheck.
Will I get a refund if it rains or the pool closes due to weather?
Daily admissions are non-refundable. Rainchecks will be issued to those who have a paid receipt; rainchecks will be valid for 72 hours.
How will I know if swim lessons or programs are canceled due to weather?
Updates will be posted on our Rainout Line or website.
If weather clears later, will the pool reopen?
Yes. We continuously monitor conditions and reopen when and if it is safe.
Are there age restrictions for children entering alone?
Yes. Children under 13 years old must be accompanied by a responsible person aged 16 or older.
