Organization and Group Visits at the Aquatic Complex

Reservation Information

The Aquatic Complex (Open Swim at Main Pool and the Splash Zone!) will be open for group visits Summer 2026 (June 1 - August 7). 

Starting March 1, 2026, day camps, daycares, and group excursions can download permit application HERE and submit requests for summer visits to the Aquatic Complex. Once a complete application is received we’ll process and approve requests on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure a smooth process.

Reservation Procedure

To reserve your swim time, please submit your request to aquainfo@pbgfl.gov. Scheduling in advance is essential, as unscheduled groups will not be admitted due to permit and insurance requirements. We’re happy to work with you to adjust your requested date or time, if necessary, based on availability. 

What You’ll Need to Submit

  1. A completed permit application.
  2. A current Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing the City of Palm Beach Gardens as a certificate holder with $1,000,000 in General Liability coverage. (COI Address: City of Palm Beach Gardens 10500 N. Military Trail Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410) 
  3. If applicable, a tax exemption form.

Once your application is approved, we’ll finalize your swim time and confirm your visit details and assess a permit fee, this will be non-refundable to reserve your space at our facility.

Important Policies for Group Visits

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please be aware of the following:

  • Groups must arrive at their scheduled times.
  • On the day of your visit, the signed rules and regulations and group permission slips with swim attestment must be provided to the Aquatic Complex. Copies can be made on site. 
  • Unscheduled visits, insufficient supervision, or unsafe behavior will result in a group being asked to leave or denied future access.
  • Supervision Requirements:
    • Children aged 5 and under require in-water supervision of 1 counselor/teacher per 5 children.
    • Children aged 6 and over require in-water supervision of 1 counselor/teacher per 10 children
