National Case Study by U.S. Department of Transportation:
The City of Palm Beach Gardens recently received national recognition for our mobility and Transit Oriented Development efforts! A Transportation Planning and Capacity Building case study publication by the Federal Highway Administration within the U.S. Department of Transportation is now featured on their Housing in Transportation Planning webpage as a resource. Smart Growth Partnership Award
In May 2022, the City's Mobility Plan was selected for an Excellence Award from the Smart Growth Partnership (SGP) in the Programs, Policies, and Regulations category. In January 2023, City Staff gave a presentation regarding the plan at the SGP annual awards ceremony. In March 2023, the award was presented by the SGP to the City Council.
