Refund Information
All refunds must be requested in writing at any of our Recreation service desks or through the Refund Request Electronic Form.
Program & Camp Refund and Transfer Policy:
| Course Registration Canceled by… | Reason | Refund request form received by… | Action Taken |
City of Palm Beach Gardens | Low enrollment or other circumstances | No need to complete form | No fees charged; full refund. |
| The Customer | Any | 4 business days or more before the scheduled start date | No fees charged; full refund. |
| The Customer | Any | 3 business days or less before the scheduled start date | 50% fees withheld from refund; If spot can be refilled from wait list, full refund. |
| The Customer | Any | On or after the scheduled start date | No refund unless spot can be refilled from wait list. If so, pro-rated refund (if applicable). |
| The Customer | Medical | Any | Approved on case by case basis, medical note required. |
