Looking for a part-time or seasonal job for the upcoming summer? Join the team that brings the FUN! The City of Palm Beach Gardens Recreation Department is seeking enthusiastic individuals to fill various positions, including Lifeguards and Swim Instructors (15 yrs+), Camp Counselors (17 yrs+), Special Events, Seniors, and more!

Visit our hiring managers for on-site interviews, participate in swim evaluations, and receive conditional job offers on the same day! Be sure to bring a photo ID and a physical copy of your Social Security card to complete hiring paperwork. Position starting rates range from $14.71 to $22.06 per hour. Burns Road Playground Renovation Closure

The Burns Road Community Center Playground is getting a new look! We're installing a brand-new play area with two large towers, a shade structure, new turf surfacing and a tot lot for children ages 6 months to 32 months. Starting January 6, 2025, we'll be closing the BRCC playground to begin renovations. We're expecting to reopen in Spring 2025. To view a list of other city playgrounds, please click HERE.
