Burns Road Community Center Construction - We Are Still Here For You!

Starting Sunday, August 20, the Burns Road Community Center will be closed to prepare for renovations. During the closure, the Recreation Department will continue to offer programs at various City facilities, including Mirasol Park and Lakeside Center. The administrative offices and service desk will be temporarily moved to the Lakeside Center and will operate Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Recreation phone numbers and emails will remain the same during the project. This isn’t goodbye to the Burns Road Community Center! It’s a “hello” to all the wonderful opportunities this new facility will offer future generations.

Stay Up To Date With Rainout Line

We're making notifications for facility closures and program cancellations easier for you! Permitters and users of the Aquatic Complex, baseball, softball, and multipurpose fields can now get text and/or email alerts on delays or closures to those facilities! Download the Rainout Line app to register for alerts. Delays and closures will also be posted online at pbgrec.com/weather.
