Your #CityofPBG is honored to announce Palm Beach Gardens Fire Rescue earned the International Association of Fire Chiefs' and PulsePoint Foundation's "Heart Safe Community Award" for a small/mid-sized community at the 2025 Fire-Rescue Med Conference!
Our department was recognized for its investments in preventing, recognizing and treating sudden cardiac arrest and heart disease. This includes offering free CPR and AED classes, installing publicly accessible AEDs in public parks and working with community partners to educate residents on heart disease and sudden cardiac arrest, among other initiatives. We're honored to receive this award.
