Responding to Application Reviewers

Upon submitting your application, a review will be conducted by staff responsible for that case type.  If all the files submitted along with the application are sufficient, but a question needs to be answer or additional information supplied, those reviewers may reach out to you directly via email.  Follow the below steps if you receive one of these emails.

1.  Within the received email, locate the email address of the reviewer.respond_to_planners_01

2.  Also, within the email find the information the reviewer is looking for or the question to answer below that email address.

3.  Forward that email (or create a new email) using the reviewer’s email in the previous step ensuring your response is included within the email's body.
