Contractor Registration

If you are a contractor who intends to use the city’s Civic Access portal for pulling customer permits (or being listed as a sub on a project), a contractor registration application must be submitted after creating an online account.  

IMPORTANT:  Be certain to provide your state certification number, expiration date, and certification type within the appropriate fields to ensure city staff can process your application in a timely manner.

Click the Apply tile on the Home page or select the Apply menu option.

Search for “Contractor Registration” and then click the Apply button on the row for Contractor Registrations.

The first step in the application wizard is to provide contacts for the Contractor Registration.  The information associated with the account during initial registration will auto-populate here.  Feel free to use the "Add Contact" button to add additional contacts.

5.On the Details step, provide a summary of the contractor's information being submitted for city staff to review.contractor-reg-05
6.Scroll down on the Details screen and complete all fields marked as required.  Click Next.contractor-reg-06
7.Using the Add button next to each required attachment on the Attachments step, upload all required documentation being requested.  click Next when complete.

**NOTE: Failure to provide all information initially could delay the processing of your contractor registration application**

8.On the Signature step, both type the contractor's name in this field and sign in the field below the typed name.  If desired, toggle the "Use typed name" for the system to sign the box automatically.  Click Next.contractor-reg-08
9.Using the Review screen, scroll down and ensure all information submitted is accurate.contractor-reg-09
